https://www.stados.io/mcp

claude mcp add --transport http stados https://www.stados.io/mcp

Escriben a tu nombre.

5. Qué no hace

6. Ejemplos de pedidos

7. Problemas frecuentes

Stados connector for Claude

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Stados is a client management platform for agencies. With this connector you can use Stados from a conversation with Claude: see what you have pending, look up clients, tasks, stoppers and chats, and add tasks, stoppers, notes, links and files, all with your own account.

https://www.stados.io/mcp

1. What it is

It is a remote MCP server, built by Prez Labs, that connects your Stados account to Claude. Each person connects with their own user: Claude sees and does what that person can do in the Stados app, under the same agency and role rules.

It has 18 tools: 11 read-only and 7 that write. None of them deletes. The only one that touches something that already exists is etiquetar_mensaje, and it only labels a message that has no label yet.

Stados is a Spanish-language product: tool names, the data they return and their messages are in Spanish. You can talk to Claude in any language.

2. What you need

There is nothing to install and no keys to generate: you authorize the connection by signing in to Stados.

3. How to connect it

  1. In Claude, open Connectors (claude.ai/customize/connectors) and choose to add a custom connector.
  2. Paste the connector address: https://www.stados.io/mcp
  3. Claude opens Stados. Sign in with your account if you are not signed in already.
  4. Stados shows a consent screen with the application asking for access, the domain it returns to, your account and your agency. Press Permitir (Allow).
  5. Done: you are back in Claude with Stados connected.

The same steps, with the address ready to copy, are inside Stados under Configuración → Conexiones (Settings → Connections).

Before you allow: do it only if you started the connection from Claude yourself and the consent screen shows it returns to claude.ai.

In Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http stados https://www.stados.io/mcp

Then run /mcp to sign in and grant access.

4. Tools

Read-only (11)

They only look things up. They change nothing in Stados.

Tool What it does
quien_soy Which Stados account you are connected with: name, email, agency and role.
listar_equipo The active people in your agency, with their role.
mis_pendientes Your unfinished Daily tasks, your personal tasks and the open stoppers where you are the creator or the helper.
listar_clientes Non-archived clients: tier, person in charge and days without activity.
ver_cliente A client's profile, its open tasks, its open stoppers and its latest documents.
leer_chat_cliente The messages in a client's chat, by date range, with author and label.
listar_tareas Daily tasks, filtered by client, assignee, status and date. Includes subtasks and tracked working time.
ver_tarea The detail of a task, with its comments.
listar_stoppers Open stoppers (or resolved ones), optionally filtered by client.
desempeno The figures of the Performance page: summary, by person or by client. Owner and lead only.
reuniones_de_hoy Your meetings for today, if you have Google Calendar connected in Stados.

Write (7)

They write in your name. Depending on your Claude settings, it asks for your confirmation before using them.

Tool What it does
crear_tarea_daily Creates a task in the Daily board. Optionally with a client, assignees, a date, or as a subtask of another task.
crear_stopper Creates a stopper for a client (up to 280 characters), with an optional helper, and posts its message in the client's chat.
dejar_nota Leaves a note in a client's chat.
enviar_link_al_chat Posts a link in a client's chat. Without a label it is saved as a File (Archivo), the same as adding it with the chat's File form, and shows up in the client's documents. It can also go as a Note, Internal, Daily (creates the task) or Stopper (creates the stopper).
preparar_subida First step to upload a file to a client's chat: validates the client, the name, the type and the size, and returns a single-use upload link under www.stados.io that expires after 2 hours. Limit: 25 MB per file; executables and scripts are rejected.
confirmar_subida Second step: checks that the file arrived correctly and posts it in the client's chat as a single message, as a File or with the label you ask for (Note, Internal, Daily or Stopper) with the file attached. It is always saved in the client's documents.
etiquetar_mensaje Labels a chat message that has no label yet, the same as the app's label button: Note, Daily, Stopper or File (if the message contains a link). Only the message's author or an owner can do it. A message that already has a label is not changed.

Uploading files from Claude

The file does not travel through the connector: Claude uploads it straight to Stados with a curl command from its code execution environment, using the link returned by preparar_subida. For that to work, each person has to configure in their Claude account:

Without this, Claude cannot upload files; add them from the app instead. Links (enviar_link_al_chat) need no configuration.

5. What it does not do

6. Example requests

7. Troubleshooting

Claude says the Stados session expired, or asks you to reconnect

Open Claude's connectors and connect Stados again. You will go through the sign-in and the consent screen once more.

The consent screen says the request expired or is not valid

The access request expires if it is left unanswered for a while. Close that tab and start the connection again from Claude.

Your account is pending approval or has been deactivated. The connector only works with approved, active accounts. Ask an owner or a lead of your agency to approve your account in Stados.

The desempeno (performance) tool follows Stados roles. It is not available to the team role.

Claude cannot find a client, or says it does not exist in your agency

Ask it to list the clients first (listar_clientes) and use the right one. Archived clients do not appear in the list and do not accept new tasks, stoppers or notes.

"El stopper admite hasta 280 caracteres"

Stoppers are short messages, up to 280 characters. Ask Claude to shorten it.

My meetings for today do not show up

reuniones_de_hoy needs Google Calendar connected in Stados. You connect it from the Reuniones (Meetings) page of the app. "Today" is calculated in Argentina time.

Claude says it cannot upload the file, or has no access to www.stados.io

The setup in Uploading files from Claude is missing: code execution turned on and www.stados.io allowed in network access. In the meantime, add the file from the app.

The connector uploads files of up to 25 MB and rejects executables and scripts. A larger file is added from the app.

etiquetar_mensaje only fills in the label of a message that has none, and only its author or an owner can do it. It is the same rule as in the app.

A task, stopper, note, link or file was created with a mistake

The connector does not edit or delete. Fix it or delete it from the Stados app.
